Procedure for Master Mariner to get BSc. Nautical Science Degree from Mumbai University

Master Mariners are eligible for a degree of BSC in Nautical science from Mumbai University.This has been in progress for quite some time now.

however this information still stands valid:- 

 The procedure is as follows:
Visit Mumbai University at Kalina in person.
Go to Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Bhavan, a Building within the Campus.
After entering the building, turn left on the ground Floor and entre the first room on the right side. Ask for BSC Nautical Science degree section and you will be directed to a lady on the right side.
She will give you a form which may take 5 to 7 minutes to fill up.

Please submit the following photocopies:
Passport
CDC
COC (UK COC is valid)
(10+2)- Marksheet
INR 5000/- in cash

Carry orginals of above Certificates / Documents as same is verified by the concerned lady.
Certificate will take 1 to 3 working days.

    Hi,
    I've obtained the equivalence certificate and now in the admission process for a PGPX at IIM(A). The admission guys want to know if there were any announcements/circulars from DG shipping saying that this certificate will be issued to candidates with a masters COC. If you could dig that out for me itll be of much help

      Hi can you forward me your email, as I would like to find out more information on how you applied for the IIM A (PGPX) program with your CoC. As well as the if the procedure for getting the BSc. equivalent is still the same for Mumbai Uni. And did you find out if the DG Shipping approval is there?

    IGNOU does not recognizes this Equivalent BSc Nautical Science degree.

    Good Day, I am looking at doing an MSC Psychology course from Jain University, but they are not accepting the BSC Nautical Equivalent degree , which i got basis my Masters FG Licence.
    Any suggestions ??
